Step1 :

Issue job sheet together with transmission and send the transmission to disassembly section.

Step2 :

Record the condition of components parts which good condition or faulty and report to Production Supervisor after disassembly the auto transmission.

Step3 :

To clean & wash all the components parts and sand blasting the transmission housing.

Step4 :

To replace clutch kit set & transtar repair kit and assembly the transmission assy with standard measure & tolerance.

Step5 :

Pressure leak test after assembly transmission, to confirm the seal kit are properly assembly.

Step6 :

Service & overhaul valve body assy to change all the Gasket , O-Ring and Oil Seal.

Step7 :

Valve body pressure test after assembly valve body to confirm all the solonoid valve and pressure is under good condition.

Step8 :

To dismantled and carry out overhaul for Torque Converter.

Step9 :

To clean & wash all the components parts and sand blasting the torque converter.

Step10 :

To weld,balance and pressure test the torque converter after clean & replace converter clutch.

Step11 :

The Dyno test is final test section for transmission to inspect measure the transmission is under good condition.

Step12 :

Pack and storage for delivery.
